Short version is they are still waiting on the environmental impact from the FAA, which he hopes may come in March. Once they have the booster and ship will be ready to try their first orbital launch.
Looks like they have approval in Cape Kennedy for launches right now, and are starting to build the launch pad out there to avoid these issues in the future - at least 8 months away.
I suspect some of this is to put pressure on them to hurry the fuck up. Lots of local community support as they see their small town have a huge influx of jobs.

Webb’s image covers a patch of sky approximately the size of a grain of sand held at arm’s length by someone on the groundwhat the actual fuck!
