In 6 years of living there I don't remember it ever being shit hot, especially not in comparison with Hastings.

Are Napier playing badly or are Gisborne decent this year?

Gisborne generally playing better than Napier, who have Brad Shielditis, but Max Ratcliffe is a stand-out. Such a good player.
