I don't get this (and yes I know I'm swimming against the tide of the Fern ) but the dude has sought out a twitter thread to make his comment. It's a twitter post for christ sake.

I doubt he's ever walked into a Halifax branch and been lectured about pronouns. It's just faux outrage. Just don't bank there if you don't like it.

Well, it's a twitter thread which has some great responses and parody comments many of which are genuinely funny.

But there is a serious point to be made about organisations thinking their woke or PC credentials are more important than their customers and core roles in society - particularly when they underpay women, provide shit service and have had multi-£Bn bail-outs from the taxpayer as the management is so crap.

Dunno if you are aware, but there's been more than a few cases of preventable child abuse (some resulting in death) being allowed to continue due to "cultural and gender sensitivity" on the part of police and social services.
