What's Jacob Ratumaitavuki-Kneepken's contract like at the Blues? Surely being a Naki boy the Chiefs would be looking at him considering his limited minutes in Auckland... just a thought.
@Canes4life I've mentioned that he could be a target, for the reasons you state.

The Blues signed him for 3 years, so he should have one more left. I guess he could be released early like Narawa was? Fullback is well covered and he’s been passed by Lam in the wing rankings

He would be an immediate upgrade for us and would start somewhere (14,15).

I think it's going to happen though. He kind of has to move, so it's either Landers or Chiefs, as the Canes already have their fill of past AB left wingers.

we have free two spots up so one could go on a bridge. other one maybe on one of the sevens guys leo or Tangitau. not convinced on JTK on last years form with taranaki but would still be a upgrade.See jordans of contract maybe should start rumor about him.

There might only be one free spot available if Ioane is re-signed and no one else leaves, because DMac is back too.

@ploughboy Gatland still has 1 year left on his contract. Trask was rumoured to sign a long-term (5-yr) contract so would still have a year or two left. Reihana might be coming off-contract so might be the most at risk. If DMac is going to play 1st 5 there is little point in signing Ioane.
As for wingers, Lam and Rayasi would be at the top of my list for non-regular starters.
I mentioned him earlier in this thread but I would be looking at Taniela Filimone. He's young and has some size and speed, and covers centre and wing. Ex-RBHS and Chiefs age-group now playing in Manawatu. He was also in the Chiefs WTG so the coaches know him.

@Bovidae I don’t think Rayasi will move, he mostly locked down that 11 jersey for the Canes by seasons end and will be looking to push on next year. You guys can have Julian Savea though.
@Canes4life I don't think either will move. It was a wish list.
