Interesting result for a semi final

Little worried about 3rd games of triple headers after the weather, but hopefully games are moved.
I watched Sacre Heart/Kings game other day, have to say I continue to be impressed with some of young players coming through. Really like young Tuisamoa at 9 for Sacred, their 15 who I can't remeber name of looked a good boy too as well as a couple of others.

Armstrongs team. Is this a good result (6th) for them

@Winger No. St Peter's have been regular finalists/winners of the CNI but don't appear to have a strong team this year. I think FA is an assistant coach, not the head coach.

I've just had it confirmed that the Waikato Chiefs Top 4 qualifier will be played tomorrow:

    Hamilton BHS v St John's Hamilton - 12 pm

Maybe New Plymouth BHS is playing FDMC too to decide the Taranaki winner.

@Bovidae I've added HamBHS v StJ. I've seen nothing that suggests that NPBHS plays FDMC, this weekend. NPBHS's schedule mentions a Chiefs' play-off match against Pukekohe HS on the 27th.

@Stargazer Yeah, Pukekohe HS somehow beat Wesley in the CM playoff game. Manurewa would be stronger than Pukekohe - strange they didn't get a game. NPBHS and FDMC would have played each other earlier in the season, so they probably just used that result.

This is Hamilton BHS's last home game so that must mean that the Waikato winner plays BOP away next Sat.

To put into context where Pukekohe HS is within the Chiefs region, they played Matamata College today in the Waikato 1st Division final. Matamata won 24-17.

@trooa As @Stargazer wrote above New Plymouth BHS plays Pukekohe HS next Sat. The winners of both SFs would play the following Sat to decide the Chiefs Top 4 rep.

Damn, the Super 8 teams have been all over the place this year when playing each other. Good for the competition I guess.

Yeah we have but gotta say I was a wee bit worried by that manurewa comeback early in the second half.

    Was a good game!

John McGlashan College would be a good chance to be the SI Top 4 school. They are undefeated this season.
