I think he only got the red flag notification half a second before? Can't really go jamming on the brakes eh

Went up the inside at the first corner and t-boned Sainz out of the race. He had no chance of getting around without collecting someone.

Magnusson gets out first in q1 before the rain hits and gets the best time. Russell crashes and during the red flag the rain hits properly and everyone decides there's no point going back out.

So new season and we're in to 2023. Second season of the new car and after the third practice session of the first grand prix at Bahrain it looks like a much closer start to the season. Surprise is how close Aston Martin looks to the traditional top three of the last decade (Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari).
