And this NBA season and the Nets gets even weirder - Nets hire Ime Udoka

Considering he just got stood down for apparent sexual impropriety this is a bizarre move.

Sean Marks spent all that time building culture into a team which was slowly improving but not very good, but since KD and KI have been there things have gotten crazy

Suns v T-Wolves yesterday was excellent. Suns are in a good spot at the moment.

I’m officially on the Cavs bandwagon - even though I was on the Garland bandwagon last season.

Mitchell is playing less selfish and they are a good young team with a couple of vets. They’re not perfect but they have all the ingredients.

Good win against the Celts. They are 2-0 against the Celts this season.

Kyrie issues a statement that could quiet the noise a bit.

    Donations being made too.

Taking the piss out of his own shooting was pretty good - the sort of easy humour that LeBron never had

Yep. Yeah love TGF as he’s a bit of a jokester too.

If he and Luka keep playing the way they are right now the MVP race could be the tightest we’ve seen for some time.

Yep, though I'd still take TGF in a heartbeat over Luka for a 7 game series. The 2-way play is outrageous.

I don't know what he should have expected. For all his talent, KI is toxic and I wouldn't want him on my team. But I'm sure someone will be desperate enough to sign him next season when he enters free agency

Warriors appalling defence costs them again today.

Magic were aggressive and were either scoring or getting to the foul line. They attempted 46 free throws. That’s 22 attempts more than their average per game this season. You’ve got to go back to the Dwight Howard days for when the Magic attempted so many.

RJ Hampton had a nice game hit a few 3s including a bank one from an angle that you usually don’t bank shot…

New Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla has the offense rolling.

More ball movement and cutting creating open looks.

    131 points against the Nuggets.

The Steph Curry carry job rolls on

With back-to-back 40 point games he's the oldest guy to do it since some dude named Jordan in 2002.

@mariner4life willed his team to win that one. Thought Draymond had one of his better games this season too.

A bit of early noise about best backcourts running around. I ran a few of the basic combined numbers on a few of them (ordered in highest points per game)

    Morant / Bane - 53.5 PPG / 10.9 RPG / 11.8 APG / 47.3 FG% / 43.1 3P% / 85.0 FT%

    Doncic / Dinwiddie - 52.0 PPG / 11.5 RPG / 12.4 APG / 48.5 FG% / 35.9 3P% / 77.2 FT%

    Lillard / Simons - 50.7 PPG / 7.3 RPG / 9.4 APG / 44.9 FG% / 38.2 3P% / 86.5 FT%

    Young / Murray - 49.1 PPG / 9.6 RPG / 17.3 APG / 41.8 FG% / 31.8 3P% / 88.9 FT%

    Steph / Klay - 47.8 PPG / 9.8 RPG / 9.1 APG / 43.8 FG% / 38.2 3P% / 83.0 FT%

    Garland / Mitchell - 47.8 PPG / 7.0 RPG / 14.4 APG / 43.3 FG% / 37.1 3P% / 85.8 FT%

    Maxey / Harden - 44.9 PPG / 10.6 RPG / 14.1 APG / 44.7 FG% / 37.3 3P% / 84.0 FT%

    SGA / Giddey - 43.7 PPG / 11.4 RPG / 10.5 APG / 49.1 FG% / 32.2 3P% / 76.9 FT%

    Fox / Huerter - 42.4 PPG / 7.9 RPG / 8.9 APG / 52.0 FG% / 43.3 3P% / 79.4 FT%

    Haliburton / Hield - 41.1 PPG / 9.9 RPG / 13.2 APG / 48.5 FG% / 42.9 3P% / 91.0 FT%

    Paul / Booker - 36.2 PPG / 9.0 RPG / 15.0 APG / 42.2 FG% / 32.9 3P% / 87.5 FT%

    Vanfleet / Trent Jnr - 35.8 PPG / 5.7 RPG / 8.3 APG / 42.4 FG% / 38.4 3P% / 81.7 FT%

    Smart / Brown - 35.2 PPG / 10.0 RPG / 10.1 APG / 43.6 FG% / 31.2 3P% / 83.7 FT%

@ACT-Crusader those young/murray numbers are looking good.

Their combined points and assists is huge compared to everyone else
