I'd like for the next two or three overs to have Mitch face 4 out 6 balls to get that run rate up to around 7.5 rpo. As long as we don't lose a wicket we can then launch

I've always thought you should have to declare what you're reviewing for. If its LBW and it turns out that he hit it, then any catch isn't relevant.

Where have all these Pakistan fans come from?

There's a big Pakistani community out in Bankstown, Lakemba and that southwestern part of Sydney. Wouldn't be surprised if a few travelled from Melbourne where there's a decent sized community too
