    Dave Rennie

    Controversial I know

    But

Beat South Africa. Beat England. Beat Argentina away.
Should have beaten us but for an all time brain explosion.

Went north, beat Scotland. Hammered Wales, came within a whisker of beating both Ireland and France. All while dealing with an availability crisis thr likes have never been seen.

Yes there are black marks, and Wayne Smith will win this by thr length of the Flemington straight

But he's done a fucking good job, and the wallabies are well poised for the world cup if they have had all their injury bad luck this year.

Was thinking about Rennie today and wondering if he could work with Eddie Jones.

Jones may be a bit low at the moment, but he's still a world class brain, who knows how to win world cup matches.

If he can work with Rennie as an assistant / advisor, I could see Aussie doing very well in 2023 Cup.

@MajorRage I think Jones coming home and even working with one of the super teams could be a big boost to aussie rugby

This is where all the rugby meetings happen now, even for the amateur guys like us.

After a few years of COVID and the Tahs living in shitty demountables, it is a welcome change.

Paul Doorn is a top bloke too, I might add. Country boy, loves the game.

What's the go with Peter Conde resigning? Freeing up a couple of $s for an unemployed coach from NH? Isn't he a Marinos man? Well someone he brought on board.

Well he obviously not really a kiwi. He's what I call a former kiwi, and nothing wrong with that, his heart is in Aussie. I knew many so called kiwis while I lived in Aus, ones I called perhaps plastic kiwis, they may of supported ABs and some NZ sports teams, but apart from that they were Australian as. Hell whole 20 odd years I was there, I couldn't miss coming home a at leats twice a year etc as this is where my heart/soull is, I knew it everytime I arrived back, and as I left again. That's not saying there anything wrong with becoming Australian or anything, and was quite happy for friends/people that did, everyone becomes what they want to.

That's not saying there anything wrong with becoming Australian or anything, and was quite happy for friends/people that did, everyone becomes what they want to.

                                        what the fuck is this?

@Tim can you swing that boomer hammer of yours please?

@mariner4life worry mate not aimed at anyone, just in reply to someone asking how someone who is supposedly kiwi supports Wallabies, I merely pointed out some move to Aus and thats where their hearts lie no probs, plenty of mate of mine were same, may come back once every 3-4 years to watch rugby (but slip on AB jersey when at game), but are happily part of Australian lifestyle and will probably never return. And good on them, and are actually citizens of Aus.

And on the Wisemantel thing that is something real strange isn't it?

Seems like a loss at this stage considering when the Wallabies aren't all falling over with injuries, the one thing they've been good at has been attack.
