Would have been good to have Fish on board, better option than Mackintosh.
I see what @mikey07 is saying though. That Lions lineout was top notch. The way Delany, Bird and Blackwell played this year was a level above previous seasons and big ups must go to Tito for that.

Certainly would of been good to see Tito on the Cane's coaching staff Canes, Like you I impressed with what he did for Lions, Leo Crowley was telling me he thought he had some good knowledgeetc, and I would of been keen on seeing him bring Lakai etc to another level, especially as Ardie heads over for the yen in 2024 so will need a bit of experience at 8, although I think Flanders goes pretty well there.

@Chris Yeah, agree with that. He must be tough and surrounded by very supportive people if he - after all those injuries - still hasn't given up. Hopefully, he has left all the bad luck with injuries behind him. That's an awful list.

Yeah, all of that wants me to keep an eye out on his career, cheer him along and hope he succeeds.

If you scroll across on the post below it shows how hard he’s working to reach the standard required for Super Rugby in his new position. Looks like a slightly smaller Dane Coles when he runs but he looks strong as an ox. Hopefully he gets a tone of minutes for Wellington next year.

@Canes4life He's a 12 that can play 10. A big frame on him, good footwork. can kick. He played for St John's College in the CNI comp, made the barbarians team from memory. A good pick up.
