England's bench was very poor (Youngs, both props, Isiekwe). Genge and Sinckler were outstanding but they cannot play like that for 80 minutes.
Agreed, our bench was a significant drop off. I was also a bit baffled by the substitutions themselves. I know Dombrandt didn’t have his best game but he was continually running good lines and sooner or later the passes are going to stick. Earl deserved a shot but why not switch him on a like for like basis with the underperforming Curry? Isiekwe has been found out time and again at this level and Mako now offers very little.
