Southland would beat both these teams
You must be joking.
The forwards across NZ super have been dismal.
Early rounds, yes, but “powder puff” super rugby forwards are back.
With worse defence.
No I’m completely serious.
But in all seriousness, if that’s the case, why is every second rate Nz forward approached by French and URC teams offering them €130,000+ to play for them?
Club rugby is not international rugby, so not apples with apples.
Watching super back to back with 6N, I just think the super teams look way off size, weight and ruck commitment compared to 6N. Yes, the same apples vs apples rule applies, but you did say southland would beat them …
The Scottish backrow that thrashed England didn’t have a player over a 110kgs and 6”3….
Probably why they’re offering someone like Oli Haig the big bucks (a player some have argued would only be a bench super rugby player) because they’re so massive!
I don’t follow your argument at all.
I think your original argument was arrogant kiwi stuff which I hate & I’ve also been less than impressed with NZ super rugby teams so far.
So really can’t comprehend how you could think an NPC team coukd beat any 6N team.

The Southland comment was a piss take
The rest of it was you saying that the kiwi teams looked undersized and the defence is terrible. To which I said, then why do the NH clubs constantly offer big bucks to fringe NZ players? Kinda contradicts your position if your competitions are propped up from 2nd rate players from the competition you are saying is inferior
