I don't get how a 10 can miss touch from a penalty. It is a line that does not move. Your target doesn't change. It is the same target you see every day, week after week.

Iāve told you, smith paces too quickā¦so he stands there flat footed and catches the ballā¦waits until someone else is about to be tackledā¦and then paces to themā¦just to slow things down a bit
