I don't get how a 10 can miss touch from a penalty. It is a line that does not move. Your target doesn't change. It is the same target you see every day, week after week.

I’ve told you, smith paces too quick…so he stands there flat footed and catches the ball…waits until someone else is about to be tackled…and then paces to them…just to slow things down a bit
