I understand using them judiciously but with 2 left in the half and a lead of about 17 points, some fucking territory would have been the right idea. That we need to discuss it is the problem.

Fuck me that first 20. Some of the best rugby I've ever seen.
Second 20 it's turned into the match we thought it would be.
We making a few too many errors to keep then in it.

The Boks played as well as we let them. The first 20 minutes was almost perfect rugby union. They are coming back and the first 10 minutes of the second half will be huge

Their usage of Jordie was excellent early too, but they shelved the long kicking game a bit later in the half.

Frizell huge in the first 20. SA good in the second quarter. ABs held them out though. Should be a big 2nd half!
@Tim I remember after Ellis Park last year, watching a SA commentary team talk up the positive difference Frizzell had in that test vs Ioane in the first. Didn’t quite believe it myself and was surprised they mentioned him so much. Obviously does some great work vs bigger packs. Looked amazing in the first 20
