Season 3 of Bojack Horseman was once again very bingable. The blackout episode was very good.

Found all of Strike Back on the Presto platform. You beauty. It's pretty fucking far from high brow television, but if you enjoy watching ethnics getting shot in the head, followed by some hotty getting her tits out, then this is the show for you. Charles Dance is even in the 2nd season, to give it some star power (he's hamming it up though).

Extremely far fetched. Does Harvey ever lose ? At the moment Mike is in a bit of a love triangle and whichever way it ends up he's onto a winner.

I like strike back for all those reasons , no discernable plot usually either so if you miss the first 10 or 15 minutes it's cool.

what do you mean no plot? Each season they are chasing a bad guy with some sort of WMD. And each episode they are heavily outnumbered by ethnics while trying to recover vital parts of WMD/secure intel on on vital parts of WMD. And then Scott will root someone surprisingly inappropriate. That's fucking plot, right there.

Yeah in the same way House had s plot, someone comes in sick, they get sicker and quite often almost die then House saves them at the last minute by doing the opposite of what's usually recommended .
Plus 5-10 minutes of Cuddys cleavage .

Finished Stranger Things, final episode wasnt as good as the rest, but thought it was a good series where they used atmosphere to create tension and keep you on the edge of your seat, was only glimpses of the 'monster' which is good as they didnt overuse special effects.

Guess is left wide-open for a 2nd season, I kinda expected the last scene with Mike we were gonna hear the walkie spark up.

Thought it was well cast too.

Stranger Things via Netflix. Loving it.

Think Stephen King re-doing ET as a horror with a touch of Firestarter in there too.

Its set in the early 80s so lots of nostalgia. Even the opening credits and the score invoke the spirit of 80s tv shows.

Just finished episode 3 (I only just started today). Sci-fi isn't my thing, but it's drawn me in all right.

I've been watching a Danish/Swedish crime/political terrorist/serial killer drama 'The Bridge' (Broen Bron). It's all in Swedish and Danish with English subtitles but very riveting. Everytime I start a new episode I actually surprise myself that they aren't speaking english, you just sort of tune it out and get engrossed in the show so much your brain just kind of gives them english voices. Just about finished season 2, highly recommend the lead female character Saga Noren is a hell of a character.

There is a US version that you probably wont like as you saw the Danish version first - but it's also quite good. It's set on the Texas-Mexico border.

To anyone who has watched Kingdom...

Is it worth watching? More importantly, any worthwhile nudity?

I've seen the shorts on Foxtel all the time and I can see there are a few hotties, including one rather yummy asian chick.

I'm looking for another series to binge on during a short break with the wife. I was going to download them to a USB stick and take them with us.

Series I'm currently enjoying are:

Secret City - a good espionage/political intruige Aussie drama

I also enjoy two light but very entertaining SyFy series: Dark Matter and Killjoys

My wife and I really enjoyed season 1 of Wayward Pines but Season 2 has really lost us.

After watching Season 1, we both read the books and then Season 2 is completely different from the books and quite frankly not as enjoyable to watch.
