When lining up something to watch of an evening... I'd see it sitting there half-watched, and have to force myself to go back to it and watch another episode

Starts good, rapidly turns to unwatchable, boring shit.

Play a drinking game and have a shot for every time they say “Calling”

I know this cos the other half is stubborn and watched the whole series after I gave up.

I only just got through the first episode. And then finally learnt how to delete a show from my watching list on Netflix to get rid of the second episode.

Possibly a post for the GOM thread but I’m not getting into Kin cos there are no fucken captions with it.

Pretty hard with the accents and we have a big lounge with poor surround sound.

Plus maybe it’s just not that good, that might be a factor.

I think it's player dependent - I have an Apple TV, IIRC I had to hold down long enough for a menu to come up that allows you to remove it.

Netflix is the worst for removing stuff. Stan, Apple, Prime etc are all pretty much self explanatory in comparison.

I didn't get into 'Kin' can't recall why but gave up after 2 eps.

I'm catching up on some oldish shows.

Snowpiercer: I'm near the end of the first season. Quite like it. I seem to remember it being criticised on here, which I think contributed to me delaying watching it.

Only Murders in the Building: Also near the end of the first season. Who would have though of Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez as trio to carry a show? Well the first two yes, but Gomez ... I'm enjoying this too, easy watching later at night.

Granted I missed the last two or three of the main series……..but somehow Daryl has washed up in France ?

Yes, this had the potential to be so much better. The ending suggests another series in the future.

I thought that too but have read stuff where they've said this is a one off.

The series suggested by the ending looks so much better than this one.

Finished S1 of 'From'

Decent series, not amazing, but certainly enough to warrant wanting to see where it goes, just hope it doesnt get 'lost'

FInished all the Community series, another good one, some excellent stuff, some average stuff.

I think I spoke to soon on Snowpiercer, the writing in the back end of season 2 felt like it was done by mid seasons The Walking Dead writers. I didn't believe anything that happened was realistic.

Now I'm wondering whether to bother watching S3.
