He has seem to hold on to ball better this year...
I can only assume that Fossie and co do see a "power wing" game in him..... we just don't get that with any regularity -

Frustrating player. Doesn't lack for effort, works hard on D. Want him to suceed.

I think Fosters Achilles Heel is his loyalty to certain players. Did you see the impact BB had in 2015.
Never forget in the Lions tour he told Hansen (while being filmed) playing Rieko Ioane at 11 was and I quote "a dumb idea today".
Rieko scored two tries against the lions a few days later.

@KiwiMurph true he isn't exactly a pace man but so destructive and constructive- you can make plays off him, CC doesn't offer that
