Frizzel card was farcical - and he played well despite what the predictable SF detractors say.
Forearm to head from BOKs not even looked at.
Kolisi was red all day..
And they know it..PSDT MOTM deservingly.
I really feel for Sam Cane but it was correct call. He also played well all tournament.

I hate that I feel so flat about rugby after watching the final. I should be drained but I'm not, that wasn't fun to watch, the rules are random and arbitrarily applied and the punishments (cards) for errors of judgement are completely over the top. WR have fucked the game and encouraged the dogshit spectacle that was.

True, and the backline were mostly good but lacked a bit of dynamism I felt and once again BB was up and down at 15 but at least he wasn't collision-shy.
If Wayne is the best ref in the world, we need to find better refs.
Oh and the ABs need to learn how to play to them.But I'm overall not miserable, we maybe weren't the best team at the RWC and maybe neither were the Boks, but they were more consistent.

SA deserved to win
We weren't sharp enough mentally -
Hugely proud of that effort. Forwards huge. We played so much good rugby. Just couldn't get the points. Missed kicks a killer

They were. But bloody hard in those conditions. I personally would have gone for touch and set for dg. We were winning our lineout no worries.

Frizzell is a grub, always has been. He knew what he was doing, the Bok must have reminded him of a chick.

Yup boks waiting for our stupid errors and decisions, and we gave them plenty unforced

I think World Rugby should revert to earlier TMO protocols, make him shut his trap unless asked about something, these random interventions really kill the buzz. Especially disappointing if some things are looked at (because a player is down) and other things are not looked at (Sam Cane should probably have lied down and asked for a medic and Etzebeth would have been red carded).
