I don’t disagree with it being a shambles. These administrative and governance issues stem back before Eddie’s appointment. They were certainly there during Rennie’s time.
The problem I see is that in the quest for “results” and the rhetoric around not being satisfied etc, there has been a failure to recognise or even acknowledge all the structural and other problems. Getting rid of Rennie the way they did was case in point.
This will hopefully be the rock bottom moment to make everyone in key positions see reality.

He's behaved deplorably, he's been a complete failure on the field. And this mythical quest to rebuild the wallabies has actually done more harm to the game here than good.
