Over the moon for the Fijians. Fantastic effort. They have the size, speed and keep the ball alive. 
That basketball game between OZ and Japan was awesome. Japanese one of the best drilled sides with two players that have individual brilliance really took it to the Aussies. Liz Cambage was impossible to stop in the 4th qtr. Single handedly took over the game in the crunch.

So stoked for the Fijians, but a bit stunned at what a smashing it was. GB had nothing, certainly didn't look like the team who had 5/5 wins.

I don't know wtf went wrong in the camp but based on everything we should have been at least good for a bronze and more likely challenged the Fijians in the final even with the personnel we had. The lack of effort both in attack trying to overpower or beat a man, but even worse was the number of tackles we missed; not just through pure gas but the ones we missed in close quarters hurts. I'm still really happy for the Fijians anyways

Great win by Fiji for their first gold medal. Even more impressive since they achieved this without the greatest Fijian of all time, Jarryd Hayne.

Obviously this guys is no where near Phelps level but I did read that his diet would make a clinically obese person proud. Just goes to show how much these top swimmers need to eat to give them the energy they need. Looks like this guy kept doing this while injured which hardly seems fair in a country like Ethiopia.
