You take Santner out of the x1 and it looks really unbalanced Santner at 7 or 8 looks better.
We may miss Santner today with bat and Ball.Yeah, Neesham as well who was the best batter in the last series. We don't really seem to have a good upcoming replacement for him, maybe Nathan Smith should have been give a chance although he is more of a bowler.
This is actually quite a bad team selection if we are trying to plan for a T20 world cup. Why are we playing five frontline bowlers?
Yeah agreed team is totally unbalanced for a 20/20 team should have played another bat Seifert who is in the squad and trusted Phillips and Mitchell as the 5th bowler.
That 7 down batters for this game are going to lose you a game not win it with the bat. -

Not much margin for error on Eden Park, where my 8 year old could even hit a straight 6
Yeah looks like the bowling plan even off pace deliveries are easier to hit straight than square.
Bowling in to the pitch pace on pace off harder hit to square brings the catchers in to play.
