Reminds me of Jesse Ryder (not in physique) , he’s excitement / anticipation and then disappointment rolled into one!

Pakistan bowled well in the power play to get the early wickets.
Phillips and Mitchell handled the situation expertly, took their time getting in and rebuilding, then accelerated the scoring at the right time.
Good to see different guys standing up with match winning contributions through this series.

Yeah - when you consider Williamson and Conway sitting this one out is a bit like Martin Crowe and John Wright sitting out a game in the early-90s. You'd have barely bothered watching....

We haven't missed much by Conway sitting out, he has not scored anything since the first game of the WC on OCT 5th, 17 innings in a row where Conway has gotten out cheaply with some bad technical flaws that have become really prominent.
17 innings for 272 runs Average 16.00
No foot movement, Hands to far away from the body falling over on his leg side shots,His balance is all over the place.
Someone surley is trying to work on these problems because he keeps repeating them.
As I posted just before Christmas for me it is a bit of a worry.
We need runs from him going in to the Australian series. -
The Mitchs seem to be our MVPs at the moment. The son of John one in particular (in all formats) but there are some other good performers on a fairly regular basis as well. Given that you need at least 4 guys to have a good / great game to be competitive in a match it is encouraging. I agree with the comments about the long tail though most of our bowlers aren't going to rescue the top 6 if they all fail (or at least stumble a bit).
