The Melbourne Rebels have put aside their off-field woes to post a 38-12 victory over the NSW Waratahs in their first hit-out of the year.
The Queensland Reds cycled 34 players through an upbeat first trial for the new season before being pipped 21-19 by the Western Force at Ballymore Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

I reckon he'll be better than RTS. Just start him on the wing until he familiarises himself with the game.
I'd like to see how he'd go in rugby. Even in his mediocre year as @mariner4life has pointed out he still averaged pretty decent run metres.
