Gotta take full advantage and grab another couple of wickets before tea, cause you can bet the house on the fact these fullas will fight back and get on top at some stage.

Marsh is going for it. Will be a good test for O'Rourke, as long as he keeps his line and length there will be chances.

Marsh is in a rich vein of form and the pressure is off in terms of his place in the side. Seeing it like beach balls

If we're to win this test we need to run through the rest of their order right now!

The door is ajar in a way it won't often be.

    29 extras, that’s a hell of a lot.

    Now Kug looks ginger.

Nice. Keep chipping away at the other end because Green looks like he could get a ton

I actually don’t mind Brad Haddin as a commentator.

Jeepers, first Mitch Santner, now this.

What is wrong with me ?

    Southee looks completely toothless.

    Bowling rubbish at 125kph.

    Surely his time is up…..

    Nicely done from Henry.

Tense time, if Green gets the ton I reckon Australia win the day, if not we do

Pretty much sums up the Australian batting lineup for the last 12 months

1 guy gets a good score, someone else gets 40, and the get themselves around 300.

Their bowlers then roll the opposition for much less than that.

I guess Aus will feel a little better given they were sent in, but that's pretty close to an even days test cricket.

Oh yeah that Australian bowling unit is class, even at their best Southee, Wags, Boult and Jamieson could never quite match them…..

….and said “best” packed up and left town ages ago.

Further to a point I made earlier.

In terms of judging a player on a single performance cricket is one of those sports that it applies to least…..

But fuck me Southee looked terrible. When Henry, O’Rourke and fucken Kuggelin ( did I spell that right ) put in some handy performances and you the captain get none it might be time to have a think about hanging things up.

…..and I say that as a massive fan of him and all he’s done for our best ever era of cricket. Give it away before it gets more embarassing.

The most worrying aspect about Southee's current form is that we probably have to put with it unitl he decides to retire, I can't see him getting dropped.

Given his approach to DRS reviews, he proabably ain't retiring anytime soon.

On his day he has been an absolute pleasure to watch, but those days seem well past now.
He has 7 wickets in his last 10 innings bowling which isn't exactly strike bowler material. Ravindra has 7 in his last 5 innings.
