<p>Nice fightback by Lydia to win silver in the golf. Think it was obvious pretty early on that no one was going to catch Park.</p>

<p>7th for Hewitt in the triathlon, bit gutted for her, really wanted her to get up after everything she has been through, but on form she wasn't really a medal contender.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>5th for the K4 girls. They were 3rd at halfway mark but got mown down at the end. Promising signs though.</p>
<p> </p>
