Is the 'SR Jersey Clash Commisson' (or something similarly named)referenced a few pages back a real thing?
Man, that would be the busiest job in all sports.
If the Russians played in this comp, and wanted to beat the commission. They would have a secret lab where each week they decide how to cheat the system. "Comrades, dah, this weak, we wear blue"

@Yeetyaah are these coming out this year? This surely means the Canes are doing one..
@Canes4life said it a few times on here but everyone is getting one, Blues were just first ready.

@Kiwiwomble ha yeah true it's a bit trippy. Crusaders forgot to mention that the heritage design was also used in 99 and the Landers posted a jersey history thing a while back and got their info wrong.

@Kiwiwomble why are teams leaving it so late to bring out heritage jerseys? Surely you bring them out earlier in the season so the fans can buy them.

No idea, surely sell them all year and make more money !

The jerseys weren't ready. Adidas apparently made it very hard as the pulled out at the very last minute.
@Yeetyaah you can tell from the main jerseys designs, the more I see them the cheaper they look…I wish theyd only done the retro ones and flag the others

another sad indictment that the best option (the only?) we had when adidas didn;t renew was someone that would generally give prety off the shelf templates (Baring the chiefs because they're the only team with a true design language)...and couldnt deliver one of the big selling points
maybe its time for each franchise to do their own kits deals, might have been easier for one of the companies to only do one or two teams

Makes sense they would get a better deal for all 5 rather than individually

@Machpants im not sure its that simple as even at club level we have brands that will do us better deal just snag the deal off of one of the other brands, surely Dynasty or gilbert would have been down to have one or two of them
if true though it shows how route one their thinking is, it stops as how much they pay per unit...and not the quality of the product or the level of design effort they going to put in....and how those things might actually result in more sales
