    That's a very pleasant surprise!

Chapman certainly has the talent to succeed at the very top level. It's just about turning it into consistency I guess.

    I watched this game
Sohdi put in a very good 4 over spell.
    O’Rourke tidy as well.
Chapman was outstanding he had some decent support from Foxcroft.
Pitch was a road as expected.

@Chris agree re: Sodhi, that's a match winning spell, by far the best bowler of either side.

The bits of highlights I have seen showed Foulkes bowling early to mid 130's. A bit faster than what I thought. @Chris you were right about his speed.

Chapman always seems to his best when no one in NZ is watching.

Black Caps get the job done again with Tim Robinson opening up with a 51. They take a 2-1 lead in the series heading into the last match.

that is frankly ridiculous to win one, let alone two with that squad.

Great work by new guys too (obviously) - but Sears, O'Rourke and Robinson standing up.

I am astonished... just wish the timings were better for us!

No one should ever feel confident with Neesham bowling the last over.

Lost the final t20 for a drawn series, but it was a close loss and given the strength of the side we sent I think we can be pretty happy with that.

Surprised Robinson didn’t start in this game. If anyone should have been dropped it was probably Blundell who’s come in late to this team anyway hasn’t he?

Has he forgotten how to bat in the shorter forms too or is it just at test level ?

@MN5 if you had to pick Blundell or Robinson based on T20 form it would be Robinson. He had a spectacular domestic season before getting injured. Just odd when he made 50 in the previous game as well.

I’ll take your word for it. I only have a vague interest in 20/20 compared to real cricket, it can be bloody good fun of course but ultimately a bit meaningless in comparison.

I think the BCs can take heart that they did ok over there in tough conditions.

I think I read that Robinson was injured so that's why he didn't play.

2 -2 was a much better outcome than I feared. Especially after the lopsided scorecard in the first full game of the series. Nicely done.
