    Beverly Hills Cop 3

    Eddie was going through the motions here, making a not very good action movie thats totally devoid of any humour that the first film had loads of. The whole thing is basically set in an amusement park for fuck sake.

    The fact they are making ANOTHER one thirty years after this effort should be of grave concern to all.

    1.5 no bananas in no tailpipes out of 5 gratuitous George Lucas cameos

    @Kirwan

    I am a huge Walter Hill fan, so of course I have watched this. (You gotta watch all his movies up until Red Dawn.)

    Jim Steinman wrote the songs, the babe was Diane Lane, and the movie kicked ass.

    48 Hours might still be his best.

    Do you mean Red Heat? Red Dawn was directed by John Milius.

    The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

    Good fun ride, made better by being 'based on a true story', added bonus of Eiza Gonzales looking hawt as always.

    4 unbelievable stories out of 5 I hope that is close to the truth!

    Watched the second Dune, finally. Not as good a the first, and bloody incomprehensible to those who haven't read the books. Also pissed what they did with Chani, I guess she will save all in movie 3

    @Tim I was going to point out Red Dawn but I'm late to the Walter Hill Appreciation Party

    I have a soft spot for

    It's based on Xenophon's Anabasis - what's not to like. Even has a Cyrus and it's so camp
