Tevita Latu, has made the move North from Southland to Northland.

Dale McLeod a big factor in the move.

Got to see him play yesterday, looks a good player with good game sense.

I wonder if Southland might look to the uncontracted Umaga-Jensen to replace Latu.

There might be some clues in the Auckland contenders squad. Sanirevi and Faletagoa'i from Taranaki, Harford and Luke Donaldson from Canterbury, Koroi from Otago, and Visinia from HB. Of course there is also Segner from Ta$man.

Here's the Harbour training squad. Only transfer I recognise is Tima Fainga'anuku.

For Harbour it'll be interesting to see if the locks Nasilasila (Drua, Fiji) and Kalapu are back (Force, loaned from Auckland to Harbour?).

There's also a rumour of an Aussie inside back coming over to play for them, but he was named in one of Schmidt's training squads.

Sevu Reece confirmed to Southland. Reason being his partner's family is from Southland.

Ta$man is announcing a squad player each week day for the few weeks until the whole squad is named. A nice idea.

So far - Quinten Strange, Jack Gray, Kyran Taumoefolau, Sam Moli

plus Maloni Kunawave and Eli Odenryn in our development squad.

    This week's announcements:

Big Levi Aumua - a big munter who can run hard and straight. Maybe we should play him at 12. 🙂

It appears he's only signed for this season.

    Campbell Parata, Braden Stewart.

Plus two more for the Development squad Hugh Robinson (first five) and Cooper Roberts (outside back). Both ex Marlborough Boys College

@SouthernMann Can't help with that either, sorry. I only read the club write-ups occasionally - they're not very comprehensive, but I can't recall him being mentioned.

His club Kahurangi are leading the comp.

I hope he's available for the Mako!

Yeah hope he is all good. He withdrew due to personal reasons. He seemed like a good young fella

while still no official announcement from Waikato, but something that I heard happened a couple of months back.

    From the NZ Maori announcement
    Josh Moorby (Ngāi Maniapoto/Waikato/Hurricanes)

Doubt he'll play much. Top 14 starts a few weeks after the NPC

If he does have to wait out his NZ contract, he wouldn't want to pick up an injury

@taniwharugby WR are obviously saving the Moorby signing news for when the squad is announced.
