<p>Hes really stepped up but only in the 2nd half of this year.In the first he was good but during the Welsh series and since he has been outstanding. In the 2015 final he was outplayed by Sopoaga. Now he has had MOTM performances right through. The big change has been his decision making. From why didn't be kick to always getting it right on. And improved kicking too.</p>

<p>It's called a mall, but half the shops are closed and the food court is as depressing as I made it sound above. South City Mall in Dunedin is a close second.</p>
