My kids are 13 and 10, and they don't give a fuck about the Olympics. Maybe one day it will go the way of Telethon. Wait until the Olympic sanctioned E sports begins

I thought I’d watch to see what it was like. I was sort of expecting a race with tricks. Instead it looked like teenagers practising in a central city anywhere in the world. And they kept falling off their skateboards.
Breakdancing is already dropped for 2028.
My favourite so far is the mountain bike race. That is a great event. Apparently the Olympic course is built more for speed than technical prowess. Still had a spectacular fall though from the French rider.
