    That was great. Pulled away in the third quarter and just had enough to hold on in the last 200m. If there was another 100m it might have been different.

        Nah. Defined sport with defined rules you play as hard as you can. Butterfly and race walking are both events where you're required to race slowly.

        Slower of course but ridiculous to say slowly. Its certainly not easier. Ultimately they are in fact operating within defined rules and doing it as hard as they can.

        No they're not. They could run or swim properly.

                                          Wow, so happy with that. Stroke rate at 250 to go, romania were 46, we were 41! Must have been some serious power at the end.
