Lydia is on fire inside 100 yards. Which is just as well, because her long shots are inconsistent right now. Meanwhile the overnight leader took a triple bogey, she's +5 over the first 5 holes. Brutal

Hopefully she stalls when she gets close, like most of the other chasers so far.

Nice tee shot ln 7 for Lids. This seems like her kind of course. It's not especially long, she isn't penalized for a lack of length off the tee

Wow. Lids left her approach a long way from the flag. But she knocks her 40 door putt right in the heart of the hole to lead by 2 at -10 after 7. Her playing partners have fallen back

Lids with another birdie! Goes to -11, four shots ahead at the turn. Her nearest rival is putting to save par, could be a 5 shot lead soon. Looking serene at the moment

Edit, the Chinese golfer missed her par putt, Lids 5 ahead!

Lids is deadly close in. Just has to play percentages, all the chasers have stalled at the moment. Jeez I wish I had a swing tempo like hers. She’s locked in right now

Lids grazes the hole on her birdie putt. Almost grabbed another shot on the field.

Lids slides her par putt in the side door of the hole to preserve her 5 shot lead, after 12. Come on Lids!

Lids makes her first significant mistake. Put an easy approach into the water to likely drop a stroke. Uncharacteristic from Lids, just had to fire it into the heart of the green

Lids might need to get her sports psychologist on speed dial. Lids has a two shot lead with 4 to play. The German is on 18 with a potential eagle or birdie chance. She can tie with Lids if she putts out for an eagle

Ironic that Lydia’s tee shots have been fine, suddenly her pitching has gone off line
