@Chris Reiko Simpson is 18, and was named in the Auckland U 20 today, as far as I no he's contracted to Blues

More about the Spencer signing below. He knocked back offers from the Highlanders, Crusaders and Chiefs. The Hurricanes probably didn't bother after they fired his dad a couple season's back.

Would have to imagine its James Mullan since McAlister and Taylor already announced as signings and Bell being very unlikely to be lost
