Interesting, after basing himself back in Wellington I'm surprised the Canes didn't look at him for his versatility. The fact he hasn't been able to crack the top Wellington side may have put them off as he does look short of a gallop.

It used to happen back in the day when the public schools combined team would smash fuck out of the private schools selection, despite not being great at ruck and set piece, then go play league on Sunday.
