Think this team could be quite interesting. Jordan was good at fullback, there is conjecture about McKenzie's efforts. I therefore think B Barrett will probably start at 10. In his last outing for the ABs, I think Perenara will start. ALB comes in, he worked well with Proctor so there is a fair chance they bring him in on his home track. Clarke will also start, so only question is on the right wing I think. They might just have a look at Rieko, or they'll go back to Tele'a...

    9 Perenara
    10 B Barrett
    11 Clarke
    12 ALB
    13 Proctor
    14 Ioane/Tele'a
    15 Jordan

    21 Hotham
    22 Plummer
    23 Havili/Ioane

    I think they'll go:
    9. Ratima
    10. McKenzie
    11. Clarke
    12. ALB
    13. Ioane
    14. Jordan
    15. Barrett

And then the three P's for impact.

    1. Perenara
    2. Plummer

Robertson's really got nothing to lose now and needs to start building for the EOYT - coz if he loses 2 games, the knives will really be out and we've lost a year

Give Darry a start, try Sititi at 8, give Hotham, Plummer & Proctor some game-time. Ardie off the bench as a impact player.

Alright everyone, we are saved. Wayne Smith has joined the ABs in Wellington. About time they've brought in a coach with some sense.

@Canes4life for the all important 10th ranked Wallabies (Fiji moved up to 9th on Sunday)?

It's too bad the All Blacks can't depend on a world-class assistant like him when the team actually needs one - you know like over in South Africa and on the Northern tour.... Razor in his foolishly misplaced loyally to Holland and McDonald ignored Tony Brown who was open to offers in 2024.

That looks good. I thought Reece played really well - TMO got it wrong, and McKenzie threw a shit pass. I like his energy. But Clarke and Jordan offer more, and they will still select BB. McKenzie creates so much, we just need him to finish. Disappointed Love has been injured so much this year.

The loose forward trio is the big issue. We have a squad full of 7s. Sititi is good but doesn’t look big either. Our best tackle of the weekend was by Ratima.

I like the sentiment, but I think that's too many changes to allow a good assessment of the new guys. Darry, Sititi, Ratima, Plummer for half a game, then either ALB and Proctor. I think it's unfair to slot Proctor in at unfamiliar 12 this early

15 will be very interesting, for me BB has slipped in the rankings but I suspect they will choose him if they chance newbies elsewhere-a shame, I think he plays better off the bench.
At wing Clarke is clearly no 1 but sadly I still think Rieko is in the top 2 or 3 wingers so far, sadly as wasn't he mostly an 11 as well? Reece might be ok against Australia but not so useful against SA England and France.
13 is interesting as Proctor is worth a look and did well with ALB but ALB isn't looking great as a bench impact. Perhaps Rieko could start then move to wing cover.
If they play Rieko at 13 it would be a shame not to play A J Lam but I doubt it will happen. Please no to DH but it is possible.
10- I suspect DMac again but it would be great if they gave Plummer 20 minutes.
TJP arguably has played better off the bench than as a starter.
I am guessing they will play Savea, Wellington and all that.
Seems to me Paps offers at least as much as Cane now, I didn't see any advantage based on Cane's greater experience. And if Cane is slipping off important tackles, that is his key feature blunted.
Wondering if we see Lakai this year.
Got to play Sititi but maybe sub him earlier, that game took a lot out of him.
The bench loosies are all a bit meh for me but perhaps LJ shades EB for a. not being injured every second game and b. seems a little more effective. So far.
Tighties all good but I might play EdG off the bench when the Mighty Williams tires.

I like the sentiment, but I think that's too many changes to allow a good assessment of the new guys. Darry, Sititi, Ratima, Plummer for half a game, then either ALB and Proctor. I think it's unfair to slot Proctor in at unfamiliar 12 this early

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.. Def. not suggesting throwing new players in the game in unfamiliar positions, but give them plenty of game time.

I would like them to PT and Vaii as locks with Scott Barrett as 6, and Blackadder at 7. Just to see what a big pack can do.

Just for fun I'd like to see Darry and Vaai at lock, Barrett at 6, Sititi at 8, and Dalton at 7. Ratima, Plummer, Clarke, ALB(JB is out, better than DH) Reiko, Jordan, BB. Reiko to move to wing when Proctor comes on at centre after halftime. DMac could be on the bench to cover 10 and 15, especially if Plummer can't handle the jandal. If we get injuries everyone will just need to muck in, like SA do

Will they call someone as injury cover for Jordie ? If we have a look at the NPC, then Higgins is the form 2nd Five. But he has barely played in SR so I think they won't call him. So who ? AJ Lam, McLeod (he's a Cantab), Tanielu Telea, TUJ ?

One of the key questions is whether or not Vaa'i is a hundy.

An interesting fact is that we went much better in last 20 against England, but couldn't unlock rush D.

                                        Reverse the case in TRC.

Modest rotation, so we can assess the impact of changes.

EDG/Aumua/Lomax TW/Taylor/Tosi all to be on by 65. Aumua gets proper start. Codie's experience at close important.

Scooter/Darry Prefer Darry as starter and get proper minutes. Vaa'i for impact at HT. Consider Paddy T to come on at 60, if 6 - 2 tried.

Cane/Finau/Sititi Balanced loosies. RD off bench for impact. Alternative of Papali'i for Cane or Bladder for Finau, but less balance.

Ratima/DMac Works well to start. TJS and BB off bench.

Proctor/Ioane Try and keep same flow. ALB bench if we don't go 6 -2

Clarke/Perofeta/Jordan Stevie was very good steering from 15 against England. BB on at 55.

Possibilities at that point of WJ to 15, DMac to 15 or BB to 15.
