Well folks, the much anticipated post is here. You can all stop with the backline predictions and start chatting about this weekends backline that you’ll see below. I was unable to get the forward pack but have heard that Tuipolotu is a real chance to be in the 23 this week.

Again, and as I usually say, a very reliable source who hasn’t led me astray yet. If it’s wrong I’ll own it.

If there are any late week updates in regards to the team, I’ll post that in this thread.

Backline for this weekend as follows.

    1. T.Perenara
    2. B.Barrett
    3. C.Clarke
    4. A. Lienart-Brown
    5. R.Ioane
    6. S.Reece
    7. W.Jordan

    Bench
    21. C.Ratima
    22. D.Mckenzie
    23. D.Havili

This is officially the point my honey moon period for Razor is over. WTAF. It's back to the future, the future being the same shit as Foz

Does anyone need any further evidence of huge, blatant Crusader bias now? A lot of posters on here assured us that Razor was above that.

I'm actually angry. With Foster I expected nothing else, a shit SR coach, hanging on the coat tails of better coaches. Following exactly the same game that was proven since 17 ish onwards to not be effective. Razor, clean slate, innovative and certainly had an idea at SR level, has fallen back into picking players that are not at all performing for no reason apart from 'caps'. Jesus Christ, I didn't expect JC, but at least some innovation and forward looking picks.
I am FUCKING PISSED.* Big Canes fan, love TJ, Ardie, BB - but I can see they are so fucking gone from this level. Add to this adding shit that have never been good like whomever that fucking cantab winger replacing a midfielder is. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

        *If sauce is good.

A wasted opportunity to develop his squad in a Test which is in reality a soft game. Instead he's gone for old hands who likely won't be around in 12-18 months. We could end up winning and learning nothing.

                      Just fucking awful.

That leaked backline fits the MO of how this regime likes to select

A real missed opportunity to give Hotham, Proctor and Plummer a run.

As a 10 Beauden has been on the slide for 5 years or so but it doesn't seem to make any difference because he's locked in as the next option at 10. Except when he's unwell and then they give the other option 3 minutes.

Does Razor realise Proctor is in the squad?

It would appear Razor is building his version of Cantablacks. I really thought, after having time away from the Saders, that he would be above that. But I was wrong. That leaked side shows a lack of courage in selection IMHO

Does anyone need any further evidence of huge, blatant Crusader bias now? A lot of posters on here assured us that Razor was above that.

A wasted opportunity to develop his squad in a Test which is in reality a soft game. Instead he's gone for old hands who likely won't be around in 12-18 months. We could end up winning and learning nothing.

                                  Just fucking awful.

The next RWC will be here before we know it, and every game is a precious chance to search for the best team we can make. Rassie gets it. Razor seems more interested in marking time before getting the red and black band back together instead of seriously running the rule over some of the emerging guys

It would appear Razor is building his version of Cantablacks. I really thought, after having time away from the Saders, that he would be above that. But I was wrong. That leaked side shows a lack of courage in selection IMHO

One in starting VII, one on the bench.

this is a rare opportunity to play against moderate opposition and get minutes into players. We're squandering it with TJP BB etc. Should be a bunch of tyro's out there this weekend, particularly on the bench.

Remember, the schedule for the rest of the year is
                                        Japan
                                        England
                                        Ireland
                                        France
                                        Italy

3 weekends aginst top tier opposition is going to be brutal. Brutal.

Japan would appear to be the test some of the other squad players will get their chance. TJP starting this test shouldn't be a surprise, especially if it is his last. Then we move on.
