Needs to be more of those in rugby, if you duck your head going into a tackle, it's your fucking fault
Although to be honest, there just needs to be consistency

this is a really interesting problem, if Tuilagi goes any lower there he's basically aiming at the knees which having seen two horrendous injuries in the GP this weekend, makes me feel sick. Dipping your head that much into contact as the ball carrier is somewhat instinctive but definitely causes the head impact - not sure how realistic it is to change the laws to punish the ball carrier though

It's been a thing in club rugby here for at least a couple of seasons - late dip by the ball carrier isn't allowed - can't remember what the sanction is though as it's very rarely called.
