No you don't, there might be a fake movement as if to jump but you can't leave the ground. Anybody who has been involved in a lineout knows this.

@ACT-Crusader yea the sooner we realise that the golden boy can't kick the better. Just coz he's got 10 on his back doesn't mean he HAS to be the goal kicker.
