No way was that 2nd try grounded and the TMO (who sounded like a KIwi) was trying to tell the ref that but something got lost in translation. It won't matter anyway. I was watching without commentary so don't know what was said by Lose and co.

I'm not going to watch the 2nd half live but I was interested to see how the Black Ferns looked against decent opposition. Some nice skills on display with both locks playing well. 1st 5 Subritzky-Nafatali might be built like a prop but she can move.

@Bovidae I also had my doubts about the grounding. Good to see the Black Ferns play well against a good opponent. They need to, because it's going to be a lot more difficult in the finals.

I know you can't compare, but I find it quite funny that the Black Ferns TH prop scores three tries in one game and that Owen Franks after all those tests, hasn't scored a single try.
