Some years ago, not long after his untimely demise Ms Boo Jr said to me (somewhat incredulously) (she'd have been about 9 or 10) "Did you know Michael Jackson was actually black?!"

Got to love the thought process.
Not long ago I had the joy of dealing with a guy who was walking on a main road causing traffic problems. He claimed he was allowed to because he identified as a bicycle and there was nothing I could do about it. I pointed out to him that there wasn't a bell on him so therefore there was something I could do.

I don’t understand the physics or design of these things, but i saw a similar silo demolition 30+ years ago. I thought it was going to topple over like a tree, but it disintegrated in a wave that made me think you could surf down it. Quick and mesmerizing.
