I think if they take their helmets off, all the officials have to step in don't they? Something like that.

I have it on very good authority that most KFC food hygiene systems are utter shit

@machpants when I worked there in the mid-90s, I can say wholeheartedly our hygiene was as good as was required (some of the cleaning habits I learnt while working there are still with me today) however, same could not be said for all branches (I had to go to a West Auckland branch and do a deep clean due to rats)

Somethign odd has to have taken place for eggs to get on there...I mean they go straight from the deep fat pressure cooker, into a sealed warmer (maybe 30-45 sec to rack it) then moved from that warmer to the water warmer usually behind the front counter, these have clear perspex doors, so if there was a fly in there you'd see (customers could see too)
