To be fair - that's a prick of a name for that product. "Flushable Toilet Wipes" - is a perfectly valid, and commonly used, description for the (frankly - delightful) Wet-Wipes type product commonly found in Asia, particularly... but a quick google of NZ supermarkets - shows the same products here, with names like "Flushable Fresh Wipes", "Toilet Wipes", etc.
The one clue on that packaging is... "Makes toilets sparkle". -
