TV from 10:30. Play at 11. Except - from Sunday onwards - when it will be TV from 10 play at 10:30 (daylight saving).
Not sure why it changes by 1/2 hour when we change clocks by an hour - but that seems to be what they are doing.

Not sure I agree with bowling first. Unless the pitch is a shocker you should always be looking to bat so that you avoid batting last.

In the past 12 months he's had two massive double centuries in 25 innings, but not a lot else.

More than half of his runs have come in those two innings. In the other 23 innings he averaged 19.
