I love a good music doco and am always on the look out but it only occurred to me recently (doh!) that if I searched Youtube for "Music Documentaries Youtube" I would get a huge long list of full length stuff to look through.
Some excellent back catalogue covering multiple genres.
My work background listening at the moment.

@crucial I recommend the BBC series of Rock Family Trees that are based on Pete Frame’s outstanding work. There’s a number of them on Youtube and Vimeo. The Fleetwood Mac one is great, they have a long track record of damaged guitarists.

I wouldn’t call Lemmy a great bass player as such but the tone he got from the Rickenbacker was pretty damn beautiful….and of course as a Rock Star and front man for Motörhead he was as good as it got. Legend.
