It’s almost as if there are two sets of protocols.
I was thinking that myself. This TMO seems to judge based on “likely “ while last night’s one wanted clear evidence despite likelihood.
I prefer the “clear and obvious” method otherwise it is guesswork. -
Better performance from England than in Cardiff. Especially in the last 20 minutes. Calmer heads in the main.

Which is annoying because there is no reason why that should not be the norm. For sure there can be times when guys collectively lose the plot but with England recently that IS the norm. Something not quite right in the squad I feel.
Roll on next RWC with that Frog team at home... They are going to be tough to beat.
