He was kicked for being a grumpy twat, esp with the press, not poor coaching/results.
I don't believe his coaching didn't play a part in it, we folded like a cheap suit in a game we should have won. Plus, any fool could see he didn't have a plan of his own, he rolled out the 02 Crusaders game plan in his first year and the 03 Blues in his second.

He chose Richie McCaw and Dan Carter though. I'm no expert but I think those two did ok.

Tahuna beach. Beautiful spot. I remember the folks used to take me for KFC round there back in the day! Magic memories ( back when it was actually a treat hahahaha)

Couldn't agree more. Sounds like ideal conditions for daytime rugby. That's one thing I enjoy about the return games in Argentina, along with the civilised Sunday morning viewing times in NZ.
