Parker has come on for Flanders. Flanders efforts on defence have been impressive. He was a real pest for the Georgians. Unfortunately, he hasn't had too many opportunities on attack.

Average first half from NZ, better second. Game plan adjusted in the second spell.

Stand-outs for me were the Newell - Kereru-Symes combo; Finau impressive; defensively Flanders very good. Norris the weakest link in the frontrow, giving away a few scrum penalties.

Second half, more a game for the backs, with particularly Fainga'anuku and Tupaea good. Some good work from McLeod, too. Funaki definitely better than Carter. Still not convinced by Reihana. His in-game kicking is very average.

NZ may struggle against better opponents, but it's a good start of the tournament.
