I'd quite happily take Barnes for the final because that means we are in it.

The games I've seen I thought he was quite good. Not perfect, but most refs miss things. Probably penalised because he wasn't a car waving maniac during the pool phase.

I'm delighted to get Nige again. I'm surprised Barnes didn't get the other game (World Rugby said the refs chosen were best of the best), but he will get the final I reckon if England don't beat us. Nige is a rugby man, who knows what fans want (a free-flowing game, decided by the players and not the ref). Yes, he has the odd call, but he is never biased, and never hasty with the cards.

AGree. Not complaining though, much prefer Owens who is only caught up in didn'tcomethroughthe-gate.

disappointed that Nick Berry not involved in the knockouts. Thought he's been refereee of the tournament.
